Plain & Fancy Restaurant

As featured on Travel Channel’s Man v. Food – Stop in. Relax. Have a great meal at Plain & Fancy Farm Restaurant. Formerly Lancaster’s original family-style restaurant, in 2020 we changed our dining to plated meals for the safety of our guests during the COVID pandemic.

Today, our primary plated meal is the Amish Dinner, a set menu with three protein options. This meal begins with the Lancaster County Sampler and roll with butter. It is followed by two pieces of our world-famous fried chicken (breast & drum) and your choice of a second protein including either our signature pork sausage, eye round of beef (cooked medium) or beef meatloaf. Our sides include real mashed potatoes with gravy and chef’s choice of vegetable. We end our meal with your choice of shoofly cake with whipped topping or cinnamon cake with fruit topping and caramel drizzle.
